5 Fast steps to starting your online business

Step 1- Choose What type of business you want to run online.

You decide If you are starting a new business or promoting a business you already own. You may decide you just want to be a marketer and promote other people's business. There is a technique called CPA marketing and you can learn about it on you tube. If you decide to do CPA you could theoretically skip these steps but I think in almost all cases these days it's best to have an online presence where you can guide your customers and potential business partners to learn about you. Internet marketing can be a passive business and work while you sleep so keep that in mind also. If it's a business you already own you are ready for step2.

It's also possible to buy a website that someone else started and is selling. Flippa.com is an online marketplace for buying and selling. Flippa.com literally can propel you from zero income to hundreds of thousands and has financing in place to get you financed if you need it. I didn't know this but you can even get an SBA loan for an online business under the right circumstances. They have programs for all types of credit situations so be sure to check it out.

Step 2. Choose a domain and domain provider. A good name and domain can propel your business quickly. Think about it but don't overthink it. Try and make it simple so people can spell it and access it easily. I use a few providers for this but the cheapest is Namecheap.com. The provider with the best customer service in my opinion is godaddy.com. GoDaddy.com has a subsidiary called Afternic that sells domain names and you can pick up a highly sought after name or find one that is already been taken for a bargain. This is a business on it's own. Just thinking of Domain names and locking them down and selling them is something that lots of people do and it's a great way to make a part-time or full time income. Choosing a domain can be fun and exciting and it should be. Starting your own business is the first steps to financial freedom.

#3. Choose a Host

It's possible to skip straight to Hostinger and choose a Hosting plan that includes a free domain. The link I provide will save you 20% off Your website hosting plan and may include a free domain depending on the plan you choose.

You will need a host and you will need to build a website. Hostinger has a user friendly version of Wordpress that integrates with google analytics, Hotjar tracking and other sites that make your site easy to find on google.

Hostinger also provides free classes on how to use the software and build your own site. In my opinion it's easy to use and can get you up an running in no time.

Cool thing about Hostinger is that it also includes email. You will want to hook up an email account. You can get a Gmail account and hook it up to your Hostinger domain if you like. When I started I had all sorts of problems because my Gmail was operational prior to my domain actually getting up and running. To simplify things you can use Hostinger for everything if you like. They have a great system for beginner websites and you'll have plenty of time to learn more as you go. As with any online business it will take time to become proficient but it will happen.

#4. Get a google Workspace account

In order to show up in google search engines it's best to establish a relationship with google and get google workspace. From here you can become familiar with their analytics and work on boosting your sites Search engine optimization which does connect seamlessly with Hostinger.

Some people insist that a Gmail account will also help your business for when you send emails. They insist that your email is less likely to be rejected as spam If you have Gmail and a relationship with google. I can't say with any certainty either way about the email at this time but I did find it easy to integrate the Website with Hostinger and google analytics. Hostinger has about 7-10 set and go integrations with other services that make it super easy. Google analytics and workspace is not as user friendly in my opinion but seems to be a necessary part of doing business online.

#5. Create Content, content and more content. According to many sources online content is the real key to showing up in google searches. Search engine Optimization (SEO) is a necessary part of making your site discoverable. The more content and key words you can create with relation to your topic the better. One of the ways to create a lot of content fast is with Artificial Intelligence writers. Shopia is a great service and you can access their service by clicking the link below. Read the reviews on how awesome the service is but also be aware that a AI writer can still make mistakes. You will need to proof read, correct grammar and some spelling and edit the story as if a normal person was writing it. It's not perfect by any means but an AI writer can knock out 3500 words in a few minutes. That's hard to beat.
